Game Rules

Conditions for taking part in the wheel of fortune, the scratch card, the chests, the raffle and the quiz.

Article 1 — Organiser

The games offered on this website (wheel of fortune, scratch card, chests, raffle and quiz) are organised by Gabon Wild & Green [legal form, registered office and registration number to be completed]. Operating them is subject to obtaining and maintaining the required authorisations from the competent Gabonese authorities (Gabonaise des Jeux and/or the supervising ministry). No paid game is open to the public until these authorisations have been obtained.

Article 2 — Eligibility

Participation is restricted to adults (18 or over) holding a player account with a verified email address. Only one account is allowed per person. Employees of the organiser and of service providers involved in designing or running the games may not take part. The organiser may at any time request proof of identity and age, in particular before handing over a prize; failing this, the entry and the corresponding prize may be cancelled.

Article 3 — How to take part

Each entry is paid with credits or by direct payment, at the price shown on the game page at the time of entry. An entry only counts once the payment has been confirmed. Validated entries cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the event of a proven technical malfunction or where the law provides otherwise.

Article 4 — How winners are determined

Instant games (wheel of fortune, scratch card, chests): the outcome of each game is determined on the organiser's servers, at the time of play, by a certified random number generator. The animation shown on screen (wheel, scratch boxes, chest) simply reveals that outcome. The prizes at stake are shown on each game's page.

Raffle: each ticket has a unique number. Before the draw, a digital fingerprint of the draw is published; after the draw, the information allowing anyone to check that the list of winners matches this fingerprint is made public on the draw verification page. The draw date and the number of winners are shown on the raffle page.

Quiz: questions are shown one at a time, with a limited answer time controlled by the server. The ranking is based on the number of correct answers and then, in the event of a tie, on the total answer time. Prizes are awarded according to the final ranking published when the contest closes.

Article 5 — Prizes

Prizes may be stays, activities, discounts or game credits. They are personal and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Stays and activities are arranged subject to availability, on dates agreed with the winner within the period stated in the prize notification; after this period, the prize may be considered expired. Costs not expressly included in the prize (international travel, travel formalities, insurance, personal expenses, etc.) remain the winner's responsibility. If a prize becomes unavailable, the organiser may replace it with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

Article 6 — Notification and delivery of prizes

Prizes are shown in the player area. For stays and activities, the organiser contacts the winner using the details on their account to arrange delivery. Credits won are added automatically to the player's wallet.

Article 7 — Fraud, malfunctions and complaints

Any attempted fraud (multiple accounts, inaccurate information, use of automated means, exploitation of a technical flaw, identity theft) leads to the cancellation of the entries and prizes concerned and may result in the account being closed. In the event of a proven technical malfunction, the games concerned may be cancelled and the entries returned. Any complaint must be sent to the organiser at contact@gabonwildgreen.org, stating the game and the entry reference.

Article 8 — Responsible gaming

Players can set spending limits, take a break or request self-exclusion at any time from their player area. The organiser may also restrict or suspend access to the games in the event of risky gaming behaviour. See the "Responsible gaming" page.

Article 9 — Personal data

The data needed for participation, age and identity verification, fraud prevention and prize delivery is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Article 10 — Changes, suspension and acceptance of the rules

The organiser may change, suspend or end a game, in particular for legal, regulatory or technical reasons; entries already validated are then honoured or returned. Taking part in a game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules, which are governed by Gabonese law.
