Data we collect

• Contact and booking forms: surname, first name, contact details, message and details of your travel plans.
• Player account: name, email address, phone number, country, date of birth or confirmation that you are of age, preferences (language, theme).
• Games and payments: history of entries, prizes, gaming limits, transactions (amount, reference, status). Full bank card or mobile money account details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, connection and security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests and managing your bookings (pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract).
• Managing your player account, checking your age and that you hold only one account, processing payments, running the games and delivering prizes (performance of the contract and legal obligations).
• Preventing fraud, keeping the website secure and meeting our responsible gaming obligations (legal obligations and legitimate interest).
• Sending you our newsletter (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Recipients

Your data is intended for our authorised staff and, only as far as necessary, for our technical (hosting, email delivery) and payment service providers, as well as for the authorities where required by law. It is never sold. Some providers may be located outside Gabon; in that case, we ensure that appropriate safeguards govern these transfers.

Retention periods

Contact and booking requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then archived for the applicable limitation period. Player account data is kept while the account is active, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations (in particular for the history of payments, entries and prizes). Self-exclusion measures are kept for their full duration.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, encryption of sensitive credentials, access control and logging of operations.

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (session, security, display language and theme). Any third-party services (maps, videos) are only loaded with your consent where such consent is required.

Minors

The games and player accounts are strictly for adults. We delete any data that we discover relates to a minor registered in breach of this rule.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data or to restrict its processing, and object to certain processing, by writing to contact@gabonwildgreen.org. Some data must nevertheless be kept to comply with our legal obligations. You may also contact the competent national data protection authority.
