Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Gabon Wild & Green website and the services offered on it: travel information, booking requests (accommodation, transport, tours, activities), creation of a player account and participation in games. By using the website, you accept these terms in their current version.

2. Booking requests

Requests sent through the website (booking or contact forms) are not a firm commitment until our team has confirmed them in writing. Prices shown as "from" are indicative and may vary depending on the season, duration, number of participants and services chosen. The booking confirmation states the final price, payment terms and applicable cancellation conditions.

3. Player account

Creating an account is free and restricted to adults (18 or over). Only one account is allowed per person. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your login details confidential. We may suspend or close an account in the event of fraud, inaccurate information, multiple accounts or breach of these terms or the game rules.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are used to take part in the games on the website. They are purchased through payment providers (mobile money, bank card, etc.); we do not store the full details of your payment methods. Credits are added to your wallet only once the provider has confirmed the payment. They are personal, cannot be transferred to anyone else and cannot be converted into cash, unless the law provides otherwise.

5. Games and prizes

Participation in the games (wheel of fortune, scratch card, chests, raffle, quiz) is governed by the game rules, which form an integral part of these terms. Paid games are only offered within the scope of the authorisations granted by the competent Gabonese authorities. Prizes (stays, activities, discounts, credits) are personal and cannot be exchanged for their cash value.

6. Liability

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that the service will be free of errors, omissions or interruptions. Activities in the wild involve inherent risks: the safety instructions of guides and staff must be followed at all times. We cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or for events attributable to a third party or to the user.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, logos, photographs, videos, graphic elements) is protected. Any reproduction or reuse without prior permission is prohibited.

8. Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website when you use it or take part. Account holders will be informed of any significant change.

10. Governing law and disputes
