Responsible Gaming

Gaming should remain entertainment. Here are our commitments and the tools available to you.

Our commitments

  • The games are strictly for adults (18 or over), with only one account per person.
  • The prizes at stake and the rules of each game are clearly presented before you take part.
  • We never offer credit or advances for playing.
  • We provide easy-to-use limit-setting and self-exclusion tools.
  • We may restrict or suspend access to the games if we detect risky gaming behaviour.

Good habits

  • Think of gaming as a paid leisure activity, never as a way to make money.
  • Set a budget in advance and stick to it.
  • Never play with money you need for everyday expenses.
  • Don't try to win back your losses.
  • Take regular breaks and avoid playing when you are emotional, tired or have been drinking.

Warning signs

Do you play for longer or more often than you intended? Do you spend more than you had decided? Is gaming causing tension with your loved ones, at work or in your finances? Have you borrowed money to play? If you answer yes to any of these questions, it is time to take a break.

Tools available to you

  • Spending limits: set a maximum amount per day, week or month from your player area, under "Limits". Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising it may be subject to a cooling-off period.
  • Break: request a temporary self-exclusion to suspend your access to the games for as long as you choose.
  • Self-exclusion: ask to be excluded from the games for a long period or permanently. During this period, no entries are possible and we stop sending you communications about the games.
  • History: view the details of your entries, payments and prizes at any time.

Protecting minors

The games are forbidden to minors. We may ask for proof of age at any time, in particular before handing over a prize. If you share a device with minors, do not leave your session open and keep your login details confidential.
